Misc: Dry Ice absorbs 245 btu per pound.(either block or snow; a pound is a pound) It takes about 2 minutes per pound of Dry Ice using High Pressure Tanks. It takes about 1 minute per pound of dry ice using bulk tanks. Our Dry Ice system is a continous process, as long as liquid is getting into the hose it will make as much dry ice as you need. You can make a pound or 100 lbs, as long as you have liquid CO2. Find your nearest Airgas Liquid CO2 Distributor Find your nearest Linde(AGA GAS) Liquid CO2 Distributor The Frost-Stick Dry Ice machine uses CGA-320 Fitting which are the standard in most parts of the world except the United Kingdom and some Colonies. Please make sure that your supplier's tanks use CGA-320 fittings before ordering. We will ship a Frost-Stick to you in the UK, but you will need to replace the end with (DIN6 ?) once you receive it, in order to make it work with your supplier's tanks. |
